Need support, but don't have an hour to follow step-by-step instructions,
only to get frustrated and confused? Diverge support staff can provide
real-time support to get you out of a jam quickly and easily. Our remote
support software will allow us to take full control of your Windows-based
computer from anywhere in the world, as long as you are currently connected to
the Internet:
1. Contact us to ensure an agent is ready to
accept your support request. If an agent has directed you to this page,
you can skip this step.
2. Click
this link to launch the download file. When prompted to do so, OPEN
or RUN the file. You may also see a warning about the digital
signature. Please ALLOW or APPROVE any authorization
messages you may receive. (Note: You may also SAVE this file
somewhere on your computer such as your Desktop for quick reference in the
future).
3. When prompted, enter our Agent ID#: 44200
4. Within a few seconds we will be able to see your computer screen and
will take control of your mouse. To end the session, right click the 4RS
icon in your system tray and choose Close 4RS-Client
